The process traps many small pockets of air between the glass, and these small air pockets result in high thermal insulation properties. Merino installed system should provide NRC of 0.75.

Chord’s ‘Perforated Gypsum’ Panel having sizes 600*600 mm and thickness of 12.5 mm with perforation and the wall make up of many resonant cavities when air molecules pass the holes, the resonant cavities will consume large quantities of sound energy. Perforated gypsum panel is one of the best sound absorption products and also enhance the interior decoration. These boards are used for ceiling and wall applications where height is low and mild acoustic is required.

Chord’s ‘Stretch’ with G.I studs 2400mm X 50mm web, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120GSM zinc coating specially designed for Acoustic vibration management and long life with a backing 50mm thick insulation. ’Melody String’ 600x1200x20mm tile with NRC 0.85 to be mechanically fastened on the G.I Studs. Acoustical infill of absorbwool 10mm which is adhered to the acoustical panel on the front side. Then 12mm/20mm Vinyl tracks are screw fixed on to the 6mm Ply and Acoustics panels. Then the fabric is stretched over the Vinyl tracks. The installed system should provide NRC upto 1.00. Fabric colour as per choice..

Chord’s Vibrant Fabric Tile 595x595, 295x1195, 595x1195, 600x600, 600x1200mmx5mm with square edge density 1050kg/m3 covered with fabric on the front side and Acoustics fibre on the back side, thus making it acoustically absorptive, water resistance, fire resistant as per IS 1734, NRC upto 0.89 at 160 Hz tested as per ISO 354. The density per panel is 750-800 kg/m3.The panels come with tongue & groove for seamless patterns,4-28mm Groove and visible panel. These slats are made from acoustical fibreboard with linear perforations for excellent uniformity.
